What I would absolutely love to see at this moment is for victims of illegal immigrant crimes to come forward to sue the federal government for failure to protect their citizens against attack and invasion. For deriliction of duty, failure to uphold their oath of office and failure to protect Americans on their own soil.

Is there a lawyer out there? Can the people do that?

I don't see why not !! The Federal government paid off families of the 9/ll crisis.

This is the President and republican senate that ran on national security, to be there to defend our country. There are now 12 million to 30 million non authorized individuals occupying our country. They are shooting and stabbing Americans as well as border patrol agents. There are countless deaths by vehicle, robberies, rapes. They fill our prisons, they defraud our social services programs, they defraud out tax system.
Americans are not safe go about their daily activites without fear of attack.

We need a famous, high profile attorney to take this case.

I have been wondering why someone hasn't already done this.

Of course, you would have to find an attorney that is willing to go up against the administration and both political parties.

There are so many ways that Americans have been harmed - and killed by illegals.

This looks like such a good idea.

I too wondered why victim's weren't trying to do something.

I wrote Bush months ago, telling him I wish all the victims would sue the government!

I have no doubt there are a large number of attorney's who would go after Bush and the administration. We need a former attorney general or someone with high credentials. I will do some research.

I've sent a copy of this chat to the Minutemen and to NumbersUSA. This is an idea we have to pursue and I believe we can draw millions to the document.

Let's rewrite history, let's sue the Federal government. Eight members of my family will sign on as complaintants. The publicity is what we need to stop them in their tracks.

We have to find attorney that not making the mega bucks off of illegals.
