If eleven million 'Colonial Foreign Trespassers' are given American Citizenship, it will just be an open invitation to the next group to come after the law was passed. How soon until we will be required to do it all over again for the next Millions who want to come to America. It is difficult enough to separate out 11 million illegal trespassers, from the current American citizens, how will we separate out the next group to enter this country illegally hiding amongst our newly "Citizenized" former illegals?

If a person of apparent Mexican decent walks in a certain park in San Diego, they are accosted with many offers to obtain forged documents such as Drivers Licenses and Social Security cards. How are you going to keep people from forging "Apartment Rent Receipts" to "Prove" how long they have been in this country.

It is now hard enough for our own young people to find entry level jobs, do you think the new "Citizens" will continue to be happy picking fruit? NO! Most of them do NOT work in the farm labor market now. There is not 11 million farm labor jobs in America! Farm Labor is mostly SEASONAL work!
They already compete for entry level and higher level positions now. It will only stiffen the competition for jobs all the way up the ladder. Lower overall wages, while driving up the cost of Government services, consumer goods and especially the Housing Market.

This is not the first Amnesty that has been passed, and if we continue to grant amnesty to anyone who wants to illegally come to America it will only serve to encourage more illegals in the hopes of eventual Citizenship.

Who can tell what shape immigration reform should take? One thing is for certain, it won't mean diddly-squat if it is enforced the same way the present laws are. If any of those posturing and preening "have we got a deal for you" Senators wants my vote for President, they need to address 5 issues:
1. How do we keep bomb-carrying terrorists out if we can't keep drug-carrying illegal's out?


2. How do you support minimum wage laws when you support illegal aliens that undercut them? Why should employers pay minimum wages (and FICA, Medicare, and IRS withholding taxes) when hiring illegals carries so much financial reward and so little risk? I can assure you that the jobs that illegals are doing would be done by Americans, if they paid decent wages.


3. How do you justify financing the hidden costs of illegal immigration, such as sending their children to school without paying taxes, and burdening the taxpayers, insurance premium payers, emergency rooms, courts, law enforcement, and prisons?


4. How can you tell how long a person has been here illegally? The Senate amnesty plan is based on rewarding the illegals that have been evading detection the longest. A dollar will get you a donut that every illegal that winds up in the program will say "5 years" or "cinco anos"


5. What do you tell the chumps and suckers that played by the rules and waited their turn in line? How will you provide any deterrent to future illegal's with the expectations set in the present proposals?

As your constituent, I'm writing to ask you to please oppose ANY "immigration bill" that includes ANY "guest worker" amnesty provisions, and to STAND STRONG and "hold the line" on the Sensebrenner immigration bill that has already passed the House of Representatives.

Until the federal government is willing to enforce the immigration laws that are already on the books, Americans will be highly skeptical of any additional promises to enforce a new and deeply flawed approach.

If recent history is an accurate guide, this so-called guest worker notion would only encourage a new wave of illegal aliens and make America's uncontrolled and unacceptable immigration debacle even worse than it is now.

Such legislation is a bad idea not only because it creates a transparent path to amnesty, but also because it would reduce work opportunities, depress wages, and lower worker protection for Americans. Further, it would be impossible to administer and even more unlikely to be enforced.

The most important job you have to do right now is to SECURE OUR BORDER against illegal immigration. Like millions of Americans, I'm sick and tired of the "inside the beltway" politics on this issue; I will listen to NO MORE weasel words or slick excuses.

This issue is BLACK OR WHITE - there are NO "shades of gray." We need you to pass TRUE border security legislation, such as the Sensenbrenner bill already passed by the House. Please, oppose ANY "immigration bill" that includes ANY "guest worker" amnesty provisions, and "hold the line" on the Sensenbrenner immigration bill. I will be watching your vote on this issue very closely. Thank you.

Aren't these forgers and forged document sellers guilty of so-called "racial profiling"--why aren't the hispanic groups out enmass protesting this 'racial-profiling insult' to them????

Why isn't the government conducting sting operations in that park?

Carry the battle to them. Don't let them bring it to you. Put them on the defensive and don't ever apologize for anything.â€
