The D.C. Clothesline

Good morning all. We are starting the day off with some good news for a change. The Colorado Voters pulled off a shocker yesterday by replacing both Giron and Morse. It seems like the bikers riding on D.C. are prepared to make a statement of their own and I'm very excited about that. It inspires me.

I just wanted to put up an open thread here so that people might say what 9/11 means to them. I don't think a lot of people understand that this is a huge deal to Patriotic Americans. This day is sacred to those who bleed red, white and blue. I just want to say Thank You to each of you for being who you are. You are the hope and the future of this country. I believe that we can and will turn it around. I don't believe it will be easy but I know we have good people who can do great things. It starts with believing in yourself.

The D.C. Clothesline is run from a 2 bedroom duplex. We are dirt poor. I write half of my articles with a baby on my lap. LOL The point? I believe in myself and I believe in this country. I'll never be that guy that writes books and sells millions of them. I don't care about that stuff. I just want my country back. Today I remember, but I also look forward to what is still to come. I don't believe our future is full of nothing but bad. If I did then I couldn't do this every day. I just want to be part of the solution. So to me, that's what 9/11 is and has always been about. It's a reminder that bad things happen when too many people are part of the problem and not enough are part of the solution. I challenge myself today to be a part of the solution. That's all I am trying to be. God Bless You All. Be strong patriots. Hold your head high. This is our time. -Dean
