If a law is unjust, fight it...
On our town site one of the posters consistently mentions the below highlighted point. I'm not quite sure how to respond to it but I'd like to. Any input?

Of course I support the rule of law. I am also a loyal citizen of the USA. I am also aware that our founding fathers said that is a citizen considered a law to be unjust, it was the citizen's DUTY to fight it and disobey it (civil disobediance).
I consider our immigration policy as it stands to be unwise, unfair and unjust- so does much of the rest of the country and much of the Congress. HR 4437 is particularly unwise and unrealistic. That's why we fight it and will continue to until a realistic solution is reached.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
