    Consequences of anchor baby citizenship

The Supreme Court has misinterpreted Amendment XIV, making "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" cover children born in the U.S. to illegal aliens, who by definition have not subjected themselves to the jurisdiction of U.S. laws. Barring the creation of a North American Union, this "anchor baby" loophole for the offspring of illegal aliens has some unintended consequences.

One such result is that by 2100, Mexico will become the property of the United States by default. The majority of persons of Mexican ethnicity then living will be U.S. citizens by birth. The remaining minority of Mexican citizens will be inadequate to keep Mexico for themselves.

Or will it be vice versa? By 2200, the United States will become the property of Mexico by default. Most U.S. residents then living will be of Mexican ethnicity or Latinos. The remaining minority of American citizens will be insufficient to keep the U.S. for themselves.

Or will it be both? By 2200, Mexico will become the property of U.S. citizens and the U.S. government, and the United States will become the property of ethnic Mexicans and the Mexican government. In 2200, the majority of ethnic Mexicans will be U.S. citizens by birth, and most U.S. residents will be of Mexican ethnicity or Latinos. The non-Latino minority of U.S. citizens will have to flee from minority status in the U.S. to the abandoned properties of Mexico. There they will become the new majority and assume control of Old Mexico.

That is, the new Old Mexico. Because Old Mexico will no longer be Mexican, but American, it will be named "New Old Mexico," subject to the jurisdiction of U.S. citizens, who are the U.S. government. Because New Mexico (the old New Mexico, that is) will no longer be American, but Mexican, it will be named "Old New Mexico," subject to the jurisdiction of ethnic Mexicans, which, come to think of it, is already the status quo.

Mexicans will have become the new U.S. government, though never having been the Mexican government, that being the province held by Spaniards in the new world, that is, the old new world, also known as the new old Mexico, to distinguish it from the old New Mexico, which also was part of the old new world before it became part of the old Newnited States.

What is not confusing is that the native Americans got a really bad deal, trading North America for the Indian reservation. It was all because they did not protect their land from invasion when they had the upper hand. Similarly, even if the remaining U.S. factories will have moved to Mexico, the original U.S. citizens will be getting a really bad deal trading the United States for Mexico.

That is, if Mexico is not already taken by the Central and South Americans moving north. By then, Mexico may even belong to China.
One man's terrorist is another man's undocumented worker.

Unless we enforce laws against illegal aliens today,
tomorrow WE may wake up as illegals.

The last word: illegal aliens are ILLEGAL!

If you want to see what the future looks like, just visit the Central Valley of California. Go into any business and see how many workers can't and won't speak English. And our State government caters to the very people who are living off of social programs. Our city's crime, gangs, pregnant teens, prison inmates, social program frauds and abusers, drunks, unlicensed/uninsured drivers, cop and baby killers, and student failures are all a product of illegal aliens and past amnesties. IT HAS TO STOP!

    AF is correct.

Everyone should visit Central California, come a little farther north past Monterey, stop in Castroville for a huge artichoke, look around-your future is in front of you!

Oh yes, better learn Spanish before your trip!

Actually the Supreme Court has never ruled on a case involving the citizenship of illegal aliens babies, the closest case is from 1898 when they decided the children of legal immigrants are US citizens, and the only reason they did that was to allow Asian born here to be US citizens since at the time Asians were not allowed to naturalize.

The only method by which illegal babies get US citizenship is Administrative branch policy. This is a fairly recent practice, it started around 1965. In essence it is the President who is granting them citizenship, he is basically giving them amnesty I guess to help keep their parents here.
