    Congress Critters don't think logically.
    So True!

I have a mass deportation fantasy too. However, that is just not realistic. If we take away their tools of existence, which America has foolishly given them, they will leave. Think about it. If I dropped you in the middle of Mexico, with no job, no benefits and no comprehension of the language how uncomfortable it would be for you to exist there. You would want to come. That's the problem, the illegal aliens are too comfortable. America has enabled them and it's time to stop.

That being the case I've wondered why people who lived in these nice little towns in Arkansas and North Carolina have not sued companies like Tysons who have brought in so many illegals in order to not pay the going wage of the local labor force.
Lawyers like a sure thing with the potential for a quick settlement instead of long drawn out court battles. Mohawk is the hinge pin decision, the Supreme Court is deciding IF the suit can go forward under the RICO Act brought by PRIVATE citizens. This is very important as it will allow for TRIPLE damages instead of simple damages. The State courts have been all over the map on this one, Georgia Appellate Div said yes and Utah said no. An Apple Grower in Washington State decided not to test it and settled for $1.5 Million. The Supreme Court must decide in order to add uniformity among the states on the subject of private citizens suing under RICO. Either way it will change the entire map on the subject. I have lost all faith in out government officials protecting citizens on the matter of immigration.
