Crackdown on employers - Don't trust it!
I think it's a plan to piss off employers and libs. Sob stories about broken families and rotting fruit etc. Then comes the push for amnesty AGAIN.
The government should round up the unemplyed bunch and the gang members and employ them building the damn fence. Amnesity might look attractive once we get out the trash, felons and gang members. And we have sealed the open border.

It's funny how they give 90 days for someone to prove it's their SSAN. If they can't do it in one day, they should be looking for a one-way cattle car ride to Mexico. It's all a joke with jose bush leading the way.

YEP. ALL THE EMPLOYERS WHO HIRE ILLEGALS ARE GOING TO SCREAM THAT THEY CANT FIND WORKERS. I THINK ALL OF THEM WHO COMPLAIN SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED TO FIND OUT IF THEY HAVE BEEN HIRING ILLEGALS. THEY SHOULD AUDIT THEIR EMPLOYMENT RECORDS. BECAUSE IF DEPORTING ILLEGALS AFFECTS THEM, THEN THEY ARE THE GUILTY ONES

If they grew there business by illegals and if the crack down makes them lose all there illegals, if they cant hire American workers to cover the jobs they deserve to go out of business! Illegals are olny looking out for them selfs! If that money was given to an American worker it would have gone back into our economy and into our communities, not to Mexico or other third world nations!!!

People the government isn't going to upset corporate America - ever. They are the ones who pay them. If and when we get it really, really through our minds that corporations are running this show, we will be better off.
Has anyone read the 'new' rules? Lots of 'new' things regarding the temporary worker there. While we have been fed a line of things we want to hear like 'sob stories, 'raids', 'lay offs', gloom and doom from corporations - in general a flim flam - they have been making it possible for all these illegals to be given temporary visas.
The 90 days isn't to get your SS cleared up - it is to get the paperwork rubberstamped to make each and every illegal worker - a temporary worker.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

The only economy this will hurt is Mexico's. Not ours.
My question regarding the 90 day enforcement is what happens if the Illegal Immigrant provides another SS#. Does that restart the clock? Or does the employer have to fire the illegal? I just want to make sure they didn't build any loopholes into it.
