    A few minutes of debate, followed by vote on Ensign Amend 3095 - $150 million from NASA funds, into State Criminal Alien Assistance program.
    (This is a 'nice to have', but not as important as the Vitter Amendment.)

    Sen Ensign speaking...,
    Kay Bailey Hutchison now speaking in opposition to Ensign Amend.

    Back to Mikulski - speaking in opposition.


    Voting whether to Table the Amendment (eg. 'kill it') or not - 12:57pm PT

    I didn't catch whether the 3095 Amendment vote took place or not. Anyone know?
