    Question DAPA vs DACA

    Hello,

Given the Supreme Court decision today: "The judgment is affirmed by an equally divided Court" (http://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions...5-674_jhlo.pdf), does this mean that DACA is also halted or just DAPA?

    Thank you!

I think it's both. I think both are on hold now. Obama said otherwise, but he's a lawless leader and unreliable in his words, but I think his Executive Orders are stopped. He can't extend DACA and DAPA is dead.

    DAPA is dead, for now.
The original DACA still stand, for now.
The Expanded DACA (Second part of DACA) is dead, for now.

In my mind, if DAPA is unconstitutional, then so is DACA.

Who do we call to get a lawsuit on DACA? That should be easy to stop now, right?

Someone, probably Texas, will file a suit.
And someone, probably the same other states, will support them.
    Just like the first time.
