I wrote a book a few years ago about property rights.

It was called, "This Land Is Our Land."

I didn't think of it as an optimistic book at the time.

But after yesterday's chilling U.S. Supreme Court ruling that government can seize our property against our will for no other reason than it capriciously chooses to do so, the title is certainly no longer accurate.

We do not own our property any more in America.

Imagine the home you own – the one you scrimped and saved your entire life to purchase, the one you planned on living in for the rest of your life, the one you planned to pass on to your heirs – was taken from you, capriciously by a small group of local officials in conspiracy with wealthy developers who want to level it and build office buildings.

You may not have to imagine it. It could happen to you any time. It has already happened to a group of Connecticut homeowners – salt-of-the-earth, working Americans whose modest homes represent their life savings, their estates, their life's work.

That was the finding of the U.S. Supreme Court yesterday. Your property is not your property.

That home you invested so much of your life in – it belongs to the government. It is only on loan to you until the day the government chooses to loan it to someone else. That is the message of the black-robed tyrants. Listen to it well.

This is the most basic freedom – upon which all the other liberties we hold dear are built.

That's what the founding fathers explained. Freedom of speech? It descends, they said, from the right to property. Your thoughts, your beliefs, your opinions were equated with your personal property and possessions. That's why you had the right to express them according to your conscience.

Notice I said "had."

Five fascists on the U.S. Supreme Court undercut every freedom we know in America.

I do not exaggerate when I say they have done more damage to the Constitution than any five people in history.

Stop worrying about Osama bin Laden and nuclear-armed terrorists. All they can do is kill you. Anthony Kennedy, David Souter, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, John Paul Stephens and Stephen G. Breyer have done something worse. They would have you live in servitude to the state. They would reduce all free Americans to serfs. They would make government your master.

The Congress better stop worrying about trivial issues like flag desecration. The Constitution has just been trampled, spit upon and torched. In doing so, these judicial terrorists have done more harm to the American way of life than weapons of mass destruction ever could.

If this ruling is permitted to stand by the U.S. Congress, it's simply time to start shopping for a new country or start planning the revolution. I don't know what else to say about it.

President Bush needs to speak out against this travesty of justice. The Congress needs to be heard from. Yes, the Congress has the power, should it ever have the courage to use it, to set aside a ruling like this and permanently enjoin the court from ever ruling in the future against the well-enshrined, inalienable, well-documented, constitutionally protected right to own and enjoy property.

This country was birthed in a war of independence fought against an unaccountable empire that failed to acknowledge and respect the rights of colonists in America. But the grievances of those heroic patriots that created the greatest experiment in freedom the world has ever known were trivial compared to the grievances 21st-century Americans have against the empire in Washington.

The only question is whether or not we have the courage of our forefathers. Are we willing to sacrifice our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor to reclaim our American birthright of freedom?

It's time for a new tea party. It's time for a new Lexington and Concord. It's time for a new Declaration of Independence. It's time for civil disobedience and throwing off the shackles of rule by men. It's time to begin plotting how to re-establish the rule of law under a sovereign God.

America as a free nation died Thursday. Death came without mercy at the hands of the United States Supreme Court which ruled, in a split 5-4 decision, that a city has the right to steal an American citizen’s property without due course and turn it over to private developers.

Death came to America after a prolonged period of life support. The United States has, for too long, been in a persistent vegetative state, brought on by a government that has abandoned the protections once guaranteed by the Constitution. The Bush administration, using fear of terrorism as a political sledgehammer, has stripped Americans of the right to counsel, the right to privacy and threatened even freedom of expression by suggesting that anyone who dares disagree with Dubya’s extremist right-wing views is a traitor to the flag.

But the Supreme Court yanked this ailing nation off life support Thursday by proving, as Attorney General Alberto Gonzales has said, the “Constitution is an outdated document.�

Incredible. Simply incredible. The Supremes, abandoning any reason, ruled the City of New London, CT, can seize property of private homeowners and give it to a private developer who wants to build condos and office buildings along the city’s waterfront.

“The U.S. Supreme Court destroyed everybody's lives today, everybody who owns a home,� said Richard Beyer, who will lose his property in New London.

The Supreme Court destroyed far more. It destroyed the American way of life, the American dream of home ownership and the concept that one’s property is their own and protected from those who want it for their own greedy purposes.

Justice Sandra Day O’Connor voted against the court’s appalling ruling and wrote the dissent.

“Today the Court abandons this long-held, basic limitation on government power,� Justice O’Connor wrote. “Under the banner of economic development, all private property is now vulnerable to being taken and transferred to another private owner.�

Up until now, we have had to depend on the court to stop the ever-increasing encroachment by the government into our lives. The courts have been the only path left to stop the Bush administration’s assault on freedom and the Constitution.

No more. The last hope for America died when the court sided with land speculators and fatcats who already control all the other branches of local, state and federal governments with their checkbooks and political action committees.

At one time, we who called America home considered it the home of the brave and the land of the free.

No more. We ceased being the home of the brave on September 11, 2001, when a band of thugs hijacked airliners and crashed them into the World Trade Center towers and the Pentagon. Our president, seizing on the politics of the moment, used fear to turn this nation into a police state.

On Thursday, five justices of the U.S. Supreme Court destroyed the land of the free. If people cannot own property without living in fear that the government can take it and turn it over to the fatcats who own our elected officials, then we are no longer free.

“Freedom’s just another word for nothing left to lose,� songwriter Kris Kristofferson wrote in his song, Me and Bobby McGee.

There’s nothing left to lose. The government and the courts have taken it all.

Yes....the case in New London was crafted to secure the US Supreme Court Ruling. It is not unrelated to everything else going on. Now under this abhorrent act by the US Supreme Court, we are only "tenants" of our property just occupying while waiting for the whim of government on behalf of the Crones to with a simple declaration of "eminent doman" make us their Drones.

This case was essential to the disempowerment plan to take out the Americans and pave the way for a One World Government.

The government can now declare for "tax purposes" to condemn your farm, to condemn your church, to condemn your business, to condemn your home, to condemn your forests, to condemn whatever they want or need or just feel like having so they can hand it over to the Crones to do with as Crones would wish or desire.

For example, perhaps Americans don't want to eat GMO foods and wish to grow their own or wish to buy organic. All the government has to do now at any level, municipal, state or federal is condemn all non-GMO farms and gardens for tax base or economic development. They then can turn around without your having any alternative foods to eat, force you to eat their food; drink their water; work in a capacity of their choosing; and be the Drone Serfs they've planned to make US for the past 35 years.

Obviously, private property rights seriously interfered with that Plan.
