DEADLINES to pass immigration laws in your State

Sorry I can't post them here. Go to mspatriots.com

If you have access to State Legislators, do not pass up this opportunity to bring them legislation followed by a phone call.

You don't have to be an important person to bring legislation at the State level.

The list has all the deadlines for States with a Republican majority House, Senate and Governor and

    House, Senate and Democrat Governor

    go there and do something.

TO GET THIS LEGISLATION PASSED IN YOUR STATE,
If you live in one of the States below.

Step 1 Download SB 2255 from this website (right click, save target as, or w/Mozilla Alt+Click link)

Step 2 Email the bill to the key State legislators in your State that are concerned about illegal immigration. If you don’t know who they are, you can look them up on this webstie: http://statelegislatorsforlegalimmigration.com/
Then email the bill to your State Legislator. Make sure your subject line will catch their interest.

    Step 3 Call both legislators

Do not worry if the deadline is only a week away, this bill is extremely attractive to State lawmakers. We got this legislation filed in a State in less than 24 hours after the lawmaker heard about it !!! If you can make a call, you can get this legislation introduced. It is a very easy sell. Be sure to tell them it has already been done in OK a year and a half ago.

2011 DEADLINES TO INTRODUCE LEGISLATION IN THE STATES
These deadlines are for regular bills and appropriation bills.
There is another deadline in some States for the Lawmakers to get the bills to the lawyers that draft the bills, generally a week or so earlier than the filing deadlines below. If your State Legislator is an attorney, he should be able to make any changes if you have missed that deadline.

There are different bill deadlines for appropriation bills. The Border Fence Fund Act would qualify as a revenue bill and it would more than likely be appropriated by the legislature. That way they can spend it on something else if they want to. These appropriation deadlines may give you more time. Please call your legislature if there is a question mark under the appropriation bill deadline column, those calendars were not available online. Only appropriation deadlines fast approaching are listed for the first few states.

Please call your State Legislature to confirm the Legislative day bills are due in Wyoming, Georgia, Missouri and Alabama, or you may be able to find the session calendar online..
