One that actually cares about the American middle-class, immigration, and outsourcing. Think Lou Dobbs.

Politics can be distasteful, but that's the way it is

I am as against illegal immigration as the next man, with the passion of somebody who was lied to by the MSM and W.
But think of what the Democrats will do if they win the presidency. They will finish the process of destroying this country that idiot Bush and Rove have started.
So if McCain wins the nomination, you'll vote for him and you'll help get out the vote and you'll pray to God that he wins because you know what the Democrats will do.
If we are smart, we'll go to him now and try to secure promises of enforcement from him in return for our support.

McCain says that he heard our message and has taken it to heart. Will he agree to a policy that is substantially tougher than the McCain-Kennedy bill? Or will he say, "We had two years of enforcement, now we are having McCain-Kennedy redux."? I sure hope its the former.
I just believe that he is the best of them, except for Thompson, but Thompson shows no sign of being able to win. Ron Paul has been slimed with those newsletters and those things go a bit too far for my taste. I still think Ron Paul is a good man though.

Give McCain a chance to make the case for himself:

especially look time index 7:36 of that video, but start a bit before that to get the lead in.
That is a brilliant speech, done apparently without notes, and it did a lot to change my mind.

If McCain is President, he will take care of the immigration legislation, and while he is President, hopefully a new party will form that can take on the Democratic Party, which is now a carnival freak show of wrongheaded radicals.

The majority of people that I know will NOT vote for McCain, Huckabee, or Guliani!!!

The Republican party deserves whatever it gets if any of these 3 are pushed as the nominee!!

Yeah, McCain will take care of the immigration legislation-----he will push for amnesty for every single illegal invader in our country----that is how he will do it!!

Too bad if the Republican Party goes down-----because if McCain, Guliani or Huckabee become the nominee------the entire country is going to go down!!!! So, it won't matter if it is one of the 3 stooges or Hillary or Obama who delivers the blow.

I think both parties will be gone. Once amnesty is passed, we're going to some kind of socialist (commie lite) regime. The dems and neocon overlords are betting on importing tons of poor, illiterate workers to follow their marching orders. And you can bet they will have them "voting" for the next election. After that, there will probably be no more voting since we will have no borders and we won't be a country anymore.

Do you think that people on this forum are not savvy enough to detect your manipulative, political tone? I think it is good to point out that the fact you think we can't get that you are spinning for McCain, is the very same reason the whole republican party is falling to pieces. This may go as par for the couse on "freeconservatives" and their straight out of the white trash west virginia trailer court broadcast, but it hardly will gather steam on here, since everyone is up on McCains past. *thumbs up and a wink to you for your effort-shooting from the hip and hoping to wing an idea is fun in a flock shoot, but not when you are trying to seed common sense with human waste.

It is freightening if you can easily dismiss this mans corrupt nature.

I share your dismay. I agree that amnesty will set this country decisively down the road to dictatorship and even to dissolution. I think it will do so by delivering a critical blow to the rule of law and because I for one do not want to be part of the same Republic with people who came here illegally. I just believe McCain when he said that he heard us and gets the message.

Please watch the video link. It may make you feel better.

I tell you that the Democrats will destroy this country in just one term if they can get into the Presidency. McCain at least is for limited government, strong defense, and is proud to be an American.

Well, I watched that 11 second clip and it does not even let McCain reply to the question.
It's getting late and I'll watch the other clips later.

And I am neither manipulative nor spinning for McCain. I am straightforwardly stating my position.

Maybe you didn't see that video where McCain told off some lady who was booing him (along with others) at a speech when he was addressing CIR.
If McCain wins the nomination, all we can do is try to vote non-amnesty repubs into the senate and the house and keep fighting the amensty so it doesn't even get to the presidents desk.

So again you are ignoring McCains past. If you would lke further assistance in uncovering his corrupt past and behavior please don't hesitate to ask. When it isn't late any longer, or you don't feel sleepy and groggy go ahead and try the other links. Since you aren't spinning for McCain obviously you couldn't ignore them on a good night of rest right?

I hope you catch some sleep and can think clearly again in the morning. I would hope it is also this lack of sleep and late night thing that has pushed you into presenting McCains "word" which came out after he has taken a massive hit on his pro-amnesty stance, would clear up enough to remember McCains past, his promise of amnesty, his attack against US veterans and his corruption and links to organized crime. Not to mention McCain Feingold, McCain Kennedy...well you get the idea.

Oh well here is his report card with a career D:
    http://grades.betterimmigration.com/tes ... Z&VIPID=33

The only b is from his decleration to secure the border, which actually is what democrats say they will do, lol. But they don't fund it.

Oh, here is a numbersusa rating of McCain:

Here is John McCain getting booed and reacts like a spoiled child:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u-nVJGsTdKU

This is the McCain you support while you are sleepy.

Here is what Newt Gingrich has to say about McCain (remember that he drafted amnesty with Kennedy):
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5WaZgF1rEYU

    McCain attacks people:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rMM8-ycSkJM

    Glenn Beck on McCain:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oVWYQ2A54OI

McCain states that people opposed to illegal immigration are anti-immigrant, extremists and anti-legislation:

Good luck with the spin...well not really, but I won't vote for this anti-American McCain.

You are not going to convince anyone here that McCain is in any way a choice for us. NOBODY. Not here. No way, no how.

This mentality is what landed us the biggest disappointment in Republican presidential history.

The Republican Party is dying. I say good. Let them die. They have been using us for decades. Lying to us as if they were a socially conservative party. They never cared. They only cared about corporations and elites, and used Joe six-pack by playing on his emotions and desires. They were really brilliant at doing this. Their consultants must be the best in the business. But no more. The gig is up. They just used us for votes, and turned around and did the bidding for lobbyists and corporations.

RIP Republican Party. Good night. See ya.
Serve Bush with his letter of resignation.

    See you at the signing!!
