Florida’s A G Bill McCollum to challenge ObamaCare!
SEE:
AG Bill McCollum wants to legally challenge health care reform
[b][i]
"Presumably one of the provisions penalizing individuals who do not buy health insurance will be in any final legislation which becomes law, and if so, I intend to pursue litigation to challenge it,â€

Something is wrong with the cases being filed! I cannot seem to find any State’s Attorney’s General objecting to the federal government entering their State and regulating the business activities of a corporation which has been granted its corporate charter under State authority and which conducts the business activities in question [issuing health insurance policies] within their State‘s borders. Something suspicious is going on! This case involves one of the most fundamental questions concerning Congress’ defined and limited powers and those powers which the various States have retained, as per our federal Constitution’s Tenth amendment! And these powers are in addition to those powers retained by the people under the Ninth and Tenth amendments, which would involve Obama attempting to force people within their State‘s borders to purchase health insurance!
The question of Congress’ power to regulate commerce among the States was addressed in SOUTH-EASTERN UNDERWRITERS ASS'N et al., 1944 and addressed with regard to the Sherman Anti-Trust Act and an insurance company conducting a substantial part of its business transactions across state lines, which was the specific subject matter under question and whether Congress could regulating those transactions.
The Sherman Anti-Trust Act was intended to [b][i]“bring within the Act every person engaged in business whose activities might restrain or monopolize commercial intercourse among the statesâ€

Great posts.
The talking heads are deceptive little buggers at times. Makes one wonder which side they are on?

WHat Obama is doing, is what FDR tried to do during the 30s. We at least had a Supreme Court.

If America has not been taken over by a gang of tyrannical progressives in Congress without a shot being fired via ObamaCare, then I don’t know what the definition of being taken over is.
Keep in mind that under the Soviet Union’s former iron fisted rule before it fell apart, those in political power exempted themselves from the very rules they imposed upon “the peopleâ€

I've said it before, that the lobster backs aren't coming this time. They're already here. Like Paul Revere I've been trying to wake the locals, but yet they slumber, or scoff at the very idea. Some have awoken, others could care less.
I think they will finally get the idea whan tanks and troops are marching the streets.

Indiana is busy making preparations. Not sure how far along or if they will go anywhere. This is one citizen that is P.O.ed that Indiana was not out in the front on this. How embarrassing that many other states beat us to the start.
Hellloooo Hoosiers! Wake up! The commies are knocking at the door! Grab your pitch forks! Time for work!
An aide for the governor said that the attorney general was waiting and looking at the bill, waiting for it to be signed, then a determination would be made.
Impeach Wonder Boy! Try the congress critters for treason!
