Are you going to try it. Have a second or third person there to video for your own safety.

I know a couple of Americans who tried that without the sign. They didn't get hired.

Depending on your installation talents, I would hire you in a second, no matter what the cost per hour. At least I know I can communicate with you and you with me in a language we both understand without the Berlitz language guides. I have thrown a few contractors off my property, when they bid a job, were hired and then send non-English speakers to perform it.

Good for you. When we interview them, we ask if they hire day laborers or illegals. At first they can't believe that we ask. Then if they don't, they are so glad to know people are paying attention.

they get $15 an hour here at my local Home Depot

My cousins husband stopped at a corner and picked up 2 mexicans to help himl. When he didn't give them $15.00 an hour they threatened him. They can make up to that, however, they pay NO taxes on this money. I told him that is what he gets for hiring illegals.

If you don't get gang jumped first by a mob of angry, illegal invader hispanics because they perceive you as a threat to work they believe belongs to them!

Oh...if you see the cops coming, then you had better be the one who runs! The way things are going in this country, they would probably arrest you for disturbing the peace or attempting to incite a riot, while the illegal invaders remain free to illegally solicit work.

The city hired a contractor to do some electrical work on my proberty. He in turn hired a sub contractor that sent a crew of all Mexicans, none of which spoke English. I called the contractor and told him they would be at the street, (not working on my property) and to send me a crew of Americans or to forget the job. What I got was the Contractor himself and his assistant who were Americans.
That was a couple of years ago. Wish I had known at the time I could have called ICE about the illegals and reported the contractor for hiring illegals. Smarter on that since I joined Alipac.
