This is going out to the nation in about 20 minutes, please scan over this and post to me here if you see any typos or grammatical or punctuation errors.

While Janet Napolitano's political police at the Department of Homeland Security claim that illegal border crossings have decreased, which is probably because all the illegal aliens are simply riding into America in the Mexican trucks Obama just cleared to roll into our nation, or more of them are just flying in on commercial air flights, as they have for several years now.

This is not a complete sentence, just a lot of clauses, so I am not sure what you are wanting to say or how to change it.
