    No.

No. Not really. DELEGATES count and delegates don't necessarily reflect the person with the popular vote. Delegates are decided at the state conventions. Fla state convention isn't even until april..If we have a lot of Ron Paul people who register as delegates...and we outnumber say...huckabee's delegates...votes would be taken and Ron Paul would win the delegates. At the national convention , if it's brokered, which it probably will be, it's like a caucus. There will be 3 sets of votes..the delegates have to vote with the popular for their state the first go round. Then there is a second vote, but in between, everyone runs around and tries to talk people into giving them their delegates. Then there is a second vote. Same thing again. On the third vote...the delegates get to vote for who they want to vote for. The delegates who are the winners become the Electoral College. When you see the News media reporting how many delegates each candidate has..that is completely inaccurate. Nobody knows who will get how many until the states have their conventions and that is later down the road. The media is purely speculating so don't believe it. It's rather weird..but that's how I understand it . If anyone else has a clearer understanding ..please post..
