The other thing that changed in the late 80s was the invasive Human Resources Departments in these companies. We used to have fun, have Christmas parties, tell jokes, show up for work, do our jobs, liked each other. Now H.R. has turned the workforce into a bunch of whinny cry babies...self entitled brats with no work ethic who complain and do not want to show up.

I used to have many friends at work, we all had fun...now everybody afraid to say anything, everybody brings their baggage to work, bad attitudes.

Bring back good jobs and hard work ethic to this Country.
