    Donald Trump needs to ask Newt Gingrich four important questions

    It is becoming more apparent as each day passes that Newt Gingrich may become Donald Trump’s pick for vice president, or at the very least part of his administration should he win the election. There is no question that Newt Gingrich would bring to the table an incredibly thorough understanding of the inner workings of Washington which is absolutely necessary if Donald Trump is successful in making America great again.

    But I see a cloud hanging over Gingrich’s head which Trump must confronted and put to rest. Gingrich was responsible for handing a victory to Bill Clinton in the adoption of the NAFTA, and as Donald Trump has correctly pointed out, the NAFTA deal is perhaps one of the worst trade deals ever made by the United State with foreign powers and has since worked to the dismantling and destruction of America’s domestic manufacturing base.

    Almost every one of the dire predictions made by myself and others about the NAFTA have come to pass. But what is even more disturbing is the fact that the NAFTA was a direct assault upon our Constitution and Congress’ exclusive power to regulate commerce with foreign nations. In fact, the NAFTA was never about “free trade”. Instead, it created a “managed trade” which, to this day, is managed by a group unelected by the American people which circumvents Congress’ exclusive power to regulate commerce ___ the majority of whom are foreigners, and who represent the interests of international corporate giants who have no allegiance to America or any nation. See Establishment of Binational Panels who now make arbitrarily binding decisions concerning America’s commerce with Canada and Mexico, and thus circumvents Congress’ constitutionally assigned duty.

    The question is, will Newt Gingrich announce to the American People and to Donald Trump that he was wrong in handing the NAFTA deal to Clinton and Global Governance Crowd?

    Does Mr. Gingrich still support the notion of a bi-national panel regulating America’s commerce with foreign nations?

    Does Mr. Gingrich still support a prohibition on Congress to adopt legislation dealing with the dumping of foreign products in America? See 1904:Review of Final Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Determinations the United States is forbidden to “provide in its domestic legislation for an appeal from a panel decision to its domestic courts.”

    Does Newt Gingrich still support American citizens being denied the benefits of our customary due process of law when objecting to sanctions placed upon them by a group unelected by the American People, the majority of whom are foreigners? See 1904: Review of Final Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Determinations the United States is required to amend its statutes and regulations “to ensure that its courts shall give full force and effect, with respect to any person within its jurisdiction, to all sanctions imposed pursuant to the laws of the other Parties to enforce...”

    Does Mr. Gingrich now regret having agreed to deprive American citizens access to our judicial system and its customary due process in civil actions involving foreigners? See Annex 1904.15: Amendments to Domestic Laws Schedule of the United States under which the United States is required to “amend section 301 of the Customs Courts Act of l980, as amended, and any other relevant provisions of law, to eliminate the authority to issue declaratory judgments in any civil action involving an antidumping or countervailing duty proceeding regarding a class of kind of Canadian or Mexican merchandise.”

    The bottom line is, does Newt Gingrich believe he was wrong in agreeing to the NAFTA deal which circumvents our Constitution and Congress’ exclusive power to regulate commerce with foreign nations?

    Hopefully Donald Trump presents these questions to Gingrich and Mr. Gingrich reveals his current thinking on the NAFTA.

    To support Hillary Clinton is to support our Global Governance Crowd and their Fast Track Trade Promotion Authority, WTO, NAFTA, GATT, CAFTA, and the Trans Pacific Partnership deal __ all designed to circumvent America First trade policies, while fattening the fortunes of international corporate giants who have no allegiance to America or any nation.

    Newt Gingrich is, and has always been, an amnesty supporter.

    Well, in addition to the other questions, Trump also needs to have Gingrich address the question if the ten to 20 million aliens who have invaded our borders should be allowed to remain here which in turn makes American Citizens tax slaves to support their economic needs, while they take jobs from American Citizens by working off the books, below the going wage and avoid the payment in income tax on their earned wages? This, of course, is how they compete with American workers.

    Does Gingrich support making it very, very uncomfortable for those who have invaded our borders to remain here, e.g.,

    impose a year hard labor jail sentence on illegals if caught working in our country requiring them to paint our bridges; clean our roads; etc. to pay for their room and board while incarcerated;

    require business owners to utilize e-verify when hiring;

    punish those who knowingly hire illegal aliens;

    deny illegal entrants any tax payer financed benefits including medical care (excepting in a life death situation);

    deny the children of illegal aliens access to a State’s public school system and all public assistance programs, i.e., any privileges created by a state for its citizens;

    forbid and make it a crime for illegals to live in any public housing unit or section eight housing;

    evict section eight occupants and public housing occupants if caught harboring illegal aliens;

    and never allow a person who has entered our country illegally to re-enter our country legally in the future __ give existing illegals a two month period to leave on their own before implementing this rule;

    JWK

    To support Hillary Clinton is to support a continuance of Obama's illegal immigration tyranny which includes giving legal status and work permits to tens of millions who have invaded our borders!

    Newt is too old, a VP has to be young enough to jump into the presidents shoes if something were to happen.

    You can't have a VP that has a high risk of becoming incompaciated from normal aging process

    I think that NAFTA will come back to bite Trump with Newt. Also I agree with lorrie, Newt is too old especially for the younger voters.

    Newt Gingrich also supported the fraudulent balanced budget amendment

    Let us also not forget that Newt Gingrich promoted a fraudulent balanced budget amendment which would, if adopted, make it constitutional for Congress to not balance the budget on an annual basis. In fact, Gingrich ignored our founder's intended method to extinguish an annual deficit by laying an apportioned direct tax among the States ___ a method being promoted today as "The Fair Share Balanced Budget Amendment", which has no loop holes and would actually make every state's Congressional Delegation immediately accountable to their State's Governor and Legislature if and when Congress spends more than is brought in from imposts, duties and miscellaneous internal excise taxes on specifically chosen articles of consumption. In such cases each Congressional Delegation would have to return to their state with a bill for their state's apportioned share to extinguish the deficit and the State's Governor and Legislature would be stuck with having to pay that bill.
