It would be a wonderful thing if we had a President who had the skills to negotiate a complete end to nuclear weapons. Donald Trump could be that President. His line of thinking is why pay billions of dollars to maintain a dangerous weapon system we will never use? Why do other countries want to waste their money on that same thing? They do it because we do it or some other country they aren't friendly with does it. All the countries would be safer, richer and better off to end the possession and maintenance of nuclear weapons. But it takes a great mind and a great negotiator to do this. Maybe Trump is the one.
