    Don't dilute citizens' votes in next census reapportionment

    Theoretically, I can be the only citizen in a congressional district with half a million illegal aliens. I can be the sole vote for my representative. I think this violates the Supreme Court rule of one-man-one-vote. There's a proposed amendment in the Senate sponsored by David Vitter and Bob Bennet.
