Doug McIntyre: Where is the outrage?

    I'm damned mad today.

Can't sleep angry. What's it going to take for the so-called leaders of this city to do the right thing?

On March 2nd of 2008, while Sgt. Anita Shaw served her country in Iraq, her son, a Los Angeles High School football star, Jamiel Shaw II - Jas to his friends and family- was murdered three doors from home. Jas fell dead still clutching the phone he had just used to tell his Dad he'd be home in 30 seconds.

Jamiel Shaw Sr. heard the shots that killed his son. He bolted out the door and stood over Jamiel as his young life came to an abrupt end, an unspeakable injustice.

More than three years later there is still no justice for Jas.

An illegal immigrant gang-banger named Pedro Espinoza gunned down Jamiel Shaw II, police say. By age 19, Espinoza already had a resumé filled with serious crimes. However, the system being what it is, many of the charges he could have faced were pled down or filed because Espinoza was a youthful offender.

Less than 24 ours after being released from jail on gun charges, police say Espinoza had another gun and used it to kill Jas because of the color of his skin.

Where is the outrage from Jan Perry?

Where is the outrage from Bernard Parks?

Where is the outrage from Herb Wesson?

Where is the outrage from anyone?

The outrageous truth is Jamiel Shaw's murder was simply a political problem to be managed by cold-blooded politicians whose only concern is the next election.

The Shaw family is PC L.A.'s worst nightmare: an African-American family, fueled by righteous indignation, committed to ending L.A.'s sanctuary city policies beginning with Special Order 40.

It's easy for the Spring Street crowd to dismiss Talk Radio gasbags and newspaper gadflies, especially if they're blue-eyed devils. But an African-American family with a murdered son while his mom served in Iraq?

    The Shaw's are politically radioactive.

So they can't be vilified as racists - the court of first resort in L.A. politics. Instead they've been ignored. Jas Shaw had to be entombed in silence.

    This took effort.

Immediately after Jamiel's murder, attorney Walter Moore wrote a proposed law called "Jamiel's Law" that mandated the deportation of illegal alien gang-bangers like Pedro Espinoza BEFORE they kill.

The City Council tossed this hot potato to Councilman Dennis Zine. Zine was the go-to guy because he has LAPD cred and is considered Talk Radio friendly. Who better to mollify the hotheads?

So Zine authored a toothless fiction also called "Jamiel's Law", just to muddy the waters further, and sent it to the Council's Public Safety Committee where even his feckless piece of fluff expired without a peep.

    Problem solved, L.A. style.

Maybe if Espinoza had been caught breaking one of the real laws around here - smoking cigarettes in a park or using a 100-watt light bulb - he would have been deported.

    Illegal immigration, illegal schmigration.

Four years have passed since that awful night. Nothing has changed. Not even a trial for the "alleged" killer.

While the Mayor and City Council may have done nothing, Pedro Espinoza has been very busy.

Since killing Jamiel Shaw II he's added five new felonies to his resume, including slashing a handcuffed man in the face with a razor, assaulting a Sheriff Deputy, instigating a riot - all this while awaiting trial!

How much grief, how many ruined lives, how many expenses has this rat inflicted on the good people of Los Angeles?

Jan Perry and Bernard Parks don't care. There will be other Pedro Espinozas because of them.

Perry, who has delusions of being mayor, panders for Hispanic votes by opposing the "Secure Communities" law that requires cities and counties to turn over fingerprint data of arrestees so Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) can verify a suspect's immigration status.

She also cynically assumes Hispanic voters support illegal immigration and the harboring of criminal aliens which is nonsense and a pernicious stereotype.

Bernard Parks, the former LAPD Chief, also opposes "Secure Communities" and sees it as a threat to Special Order 40, the disastrous policy that encourages and enables the Pedro Espinozas of the world to come here.

While L.A. County Sheriff Lee Baca calls "Secure Communities" an important tool to keep our streets safe, Parks said, "From what I can read of the program, a high percentage of those who are being deported have not necessarily committed the most serious crimes."

In Bernie's World does someone have to rape and kill before we can deport them?

Jan Perry, Bernard Parks, Herb Wesson and nearly the entire leadership of Los Angeles not only don't care about the outrage perpetrated on the Shaw family - they are the outrage.

Why am I the one who can't sleep at night?

These are the questions and the outrage I have on this subject :

    1. Where is Jessie Jackson outrage ?

    2. Where is Al Sharpton outrage ?

    3. Where is the NAACP outrage ?

    4. Where is the Congressional Black Caucus outrage who scream bloody murder about wanting Amnesty for these low lifes ?

    5. Where is the DOJ investigation of this possibly being a Hate Crime ?

I can tell you where they ALL are ... sucking up/pandering to Hispanics to get their money &/or their votes. I am ashamed of these black leaders and their callous disregard for this family, their absolute silence concerning a horrendous injustice. These leaders see no gain for them so they just ignore it.

Jesse Jackson and others, who make their living off race hustling, have been bought and paid for by the hispanic constituency long ago. They have aligned with the hispanic supremacy groups in an effort to stick it to whitey, even if it means selling out those they supposedly represent.

In the one instance where the likes of Jackson and Sharpton could have actually made a positive difference in the case of Jamal Shaw and perhaps even the rest of this country; they failed miserably! This goes to show these race pimps are not interested in advocating for their "people," as they claim to be. Rather, they are interested in enriching themselves while sticking it to whitey at every chance they can get.

Despite Doug McIntyre's outrage he nevertheless supports amnesty. He just doesn't call it that. He uses some other term. BTW, if Espinoza had not shot Jaz Shaw, he would have probably qulaified for MCIntyre's version of amnesty.
