He is having it in Baltimore at John's Hopkings U.

Prostate cancer is pretty easily treated before it's escaped from the capsule, so he should be fine.

There has been a big controversy because Wyden seems to spend very little of his free, personal time in his home state of Oregon. His lovely new wife and two new children live in New York City, where she is a well know book store proprietor. Oregon law requires that that state be his principal residence---apart from time spent in Washington DC. So...how much time is he really in Oregon?

Our govt clearly isn't hearing the people! They are still trying every sneaky,back-handed tactic to vote against the will of their constituency

Reid Ditches Omnibus, Says He No Longer Has Votes

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said he would not file cloture on the $1.2 trillion omnibus spending bill, saying he doesn not have the votes. Instead, he said he would work with Minority Leader Mitch McConnell on a continuing resolution to keep the government funded for the short term.

Reid said he initially had agreements from 9 Republicans to vote for the bill, but that those votes have since evaporated. Brandishing a pocket copy of the U.S. Constitution, Reid defended earmarks, saying it's one way to preserve the checks and balances put in place by the founders and that ending the practice would transfer too much power to the executive.

He also said he would file cloture on the DREAM Act and the "Don't Ask Don't Tell" repeal, setting up votes for Saturday.

Is this cloture vote on the House passed nightmare?
