    I'm listening to C-Span 2 They are discussing amendments but Dream Act has not been consdered.

    I've been monitoring the Senate this a.m. too. So far, they are still mired up in handling the Habeas Corpus and related issues packaged up around the DoD funding. So far, DREAM Act has not had debate yet in the current context.

    Will monitor and post updates if significant changes occur.
