If the cloture motion is filled, then a vote on the motion to invoke cloture can happen in 30 hours/a day and a half.

Right after Reid announced he was filing for cloture on the Dream Act today he said the senate was going to be working on the DODT on Thursday and Friday.

The Dreamers would prefer it is voted for in the House first.

I've got the senate wired ,

I don't see it coming up unless dingy harry pops it after this quorum call

Unemployment expires in about 5 hours , it just might tweak a few people if that happens while they are figuring out an illegal alien amnesty

because they probably will try to get reconcilliation done without the possibility of a fillibuster, but this does not have anything to do with the budget except bankrupting it.
