The president and Hispanic members of Congress meet days after an immigration bill fails.

BROKEN DREAM: President Obama has a meeting with members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus in the Oval Office scheduled for Tuesday morning, days after Democrats fell short on votes in an effort to pass the Dream Act on immigration. The meeting is closed to the press, the White House said in guidance to reporters.
