    DREAMers 'moving forward' after defeit.

Illegals think they can still pass this crap in the future.

[quote]The vote was very close but we just didn’t have the votes to pass the DREAM Act. By a vote of 55-41, the Senate has failed to invoke cloture on the DREAM Act.

If you feel like giving up, you are entitled to doing so.

If not, join us. Get active. We will fight in every city, in every state, how ever long it takes. There are battles everywhere, over access to education, in-state tuition, financial aid, driver’s licenses… the list goes on. We have only just begun.
So join us. We have work to do.

And now, a few words from somebody wiser than myself…

“No statement says all that could be said. No prayer fully expresses our faith. No confession brings perfection. No pastoral visit brings wholeness. No program accomplishes the Church’s mission. No set of goals and objectives includes everything.

This is what we are about: We plant seeds that one day will grow. We water seeds already planted, knowing that they hold future promise. We lay foundations that will need further development. We provide yeast that produces effects beyond our capabilities.

We cannot do everything, and there is a sense of liberation in realizing that. This enables us to do something, and to do it very well. It may be incomplete, but it is a beginning, a step along the way, an opportunity for God’s grace to enter and do the rest. We may never see the end results, but that is the difference between the master builder and the worker. We are workers, not master builders, ministers, not messiahs. We are prophets of a future not our own. Amen.â€

    Yes, actually they can Lawenforcer.

It's like boiling a frog. These roaches in congress will continue to push, push, push until they get their way. See how close the vote was today? 5 votes and it would have been a different story today.

That is why WE have to push to close the borders and guys, we have to stay on napolitano and everyone else about closing and protecting our borders. Maybe we can do this with the new congress?? We can't pass anything to do with amnesty until they fix the borders and even then NO amnesty but a process to send them back home and come here legally!!

Enjoy the holidays but we have to turn out attention to the enforcement/closing the borders in 2011!!!!!

These people need to stop trying to tell us how to run our country. We don't(nor should we ever) serve in the interest of foreigners who are here illegally!

Honestly, for the first time I have hope. This issue with illegal immigration is the most serious one this country faces. If continued our nations culture will be gone. We need to keep up the fight but I think this was their best chance of winning and they couldn't do it. The American people have had enough. We need to target those senators that voted for it like Jim Webb. Im calling his office monday.

there is everything right in fighting to preserve who we are as a Nation and as a People. Enough to all this open-borders, radical leftist, globalist nonsense. This is the United States and your purpose here is what exactly?
