Sheriff's campaign..........

I am going to run against an incumbent Sheriff who has publicly stated we do not have any gang or illegal alien problems in our county. I tried to take him out last campaign but could not get the job done. One of my main campaign issues was to introduce to the Sheriff's Office the Federal 287-g program that will aloud an agency to deputize it's personal as an ICE agent. No law enforcement agency in this stated knew about the federal (287 g) program until my campaign. Because of two murders a police officer shot and a gang "beat in" in one of our county high schools in the last year the pulse of this county has changed. So I am going after the Sheriff once again. I am a believer that it is the responsibility of the Sheriff to arrest and deport any illegal immigrant that any law enforcement agency comes across in the course of their duties. Do the members of ALIPAC support a candidate who will go after gangs and those who come into our country illegal? If so I will introduce to you my campaign, my background, and the success I had before I retired as earning the title as one of the toughest Sheriff's in America.

We all likely support you but there is an awful lot to do in this whole issue, so a lot of us are going to be busy with our own projects, Welcome aboard! Any informed legal opinion is valuable on this board.
