Why isn't Colorado proposing a law similar to SB 1070?
Does anyone know why Colorado isn't proposing a law similar to Arizona's SB 1070? A few years ago, I spent several days getting petitions signed to limit services to illegals, only to have the referendum thrown out by the liberal supreme court. Colorado is usually one of the stronger anti-illegal (pro-legal) immigration states in the country. I was just surprised that it's not one of 17 states listed in previous posts. If anyone knows why, or if there's anything in the works, thanks in advance for your posts!
