    Elected Executives Launch Website

    http://supportreform.org/

This is landmark in that even though it is local(mayors/county executives) it is in the EXECUTIVE branch. Legislators make laws, executives enforce them. Executives can give orders and things get done.

I see that the Las Cruces, NM Mayor went to the conference in Washington DC yesterday. Hopefully, he will share some good news with nearby towns.

This lends itself nicely to a 3 step process.

Step 1-They already did. Make the executive branch of the federal government(bush) aware of the problems they are causing to communities because of lack of enforcement.

Step 2-Quantify the cost and send bush the bill

Step 3-If he refuses to pay, sue in federal court and let a judge decide.
