Are you a person of political apathy or ignorance, or are you aware of the current uprising of American citizens against the illegal alien invasion in America? Are you aware that there are hundreds of thousands of Americans who are trying desperately to reclaim our Nation from the illegal alien invasion that is taking place right now, right before our very eyes?

Are you watching this happen, or are you voicing your opinion and contacting your Senators?

Are you protesting the S.1639 "Comprehensive Immigration Bill" ? If you don't want to see your Nation become a third-world wasteland, while you watch taxes rise, friends and families lose jobs and their middle-class lifestyle, you must write to your Senators today -- before it is too late!

TIMING IS CRITICAL. Today and tomorrow, Senators are now voting on Amendments to the S.1639 Immigration Bill. By tomorrow, a procedural vote, termed "Cloture", will place this Bill before the Senate to be voted into law.

If you are not aware of the Immigration Bill and all of the loopholes, you can tune into the Lou Dobbs evening segment on CNN at 6pm this evening. Every evening, Lou Dobbs presents factual evidence about the costs and pitfalls of this Immigration Bill.

If you are still uncertain about your position on the S.1639 Immigration Bill, consider these facts that I have compiled:

FACTS:

More than 9,000 Americans die each year because of ILLEGAL ALIENS. These deaths occur as a result of murder or drunk driving, according to the Violent Crimes Institute.

The GAO, in 2005, studied 55,322 incarcerated ILLEGAL ALIENS. The GAO calculated that the 55,322 illegal aliens studied represented a total of 459,614 arrests, some eight arrests per illegal alien. An astounding 36% had been arrested at least five times before.

At present, between 49%-61% of the ILLEGAL ALIENS do not even have a high-school diploma, according to analysis from the Pew Hispanic Center and The Heritage Foundation. The large population of illegal aliens that have entered America are low-skilled and poorly educated and creates a negative net worth for our nation.

The Federal Census and the Current Population Survey (CPS) figures show there are currently 4.5 million low-skill immigrant households in the U.S., containing 15.9 million persons. This is approximately 5% of the U.S. population. At each age level, low-skill immigrant households receive substantially more in government benefits than they pay in taxes. Overall, low-skill immigrant households impose a net cost of $89 billion per year on U.S. taxpayers.

The illegal alien, low-skilled, low-wage earner is essentially a tax consumer, not a tax payer. Many illegal aliens are paid off-the-books and monies are often times sent out of America. Other illegal aliens have assumed false identities, and although a portion of their wages are withheld for taxes, their wages are too low to offset the high demand of the benefits these same people use (education, food stamps, welfare, and population-based services like police, fire and rescue, highways, etc.). The Heritage Foundation has calculated that the average low-skill household had a fiscal deficit of $19,588 (expenditures of $30,160 minus $10,573 in taxes). At $19,588, the average annual fiscal deficit for low-skill immigrant households was nearly twice the amount of taxes paid.

The only illegal aliens who pay taxes are those who are using false documents at their workplace. They are, in fact, committing a felony to do so.

The poverty rate among adult ILLEGAL ALIENS is 27% (twice the rate of native-born Americans), according to The Heritage Foundation.

Harvard professor George Borjas has estimated that the very large influx of immigrant workers between 1980 and 2000 lowered the wages of the average non-immigrant worker by 3.2 %. And the disproportionate influx of low-skill immigrants was estimated to reduce the wages of low-skill native workers by 8.9 percent. (Source: George J. Pro-immigration, open-border supporters argue that the Immigration Bill is good for the U.S. economy. While it is true that low-skill illegal aliens enlarge the GDP, the increase is small. The problem with this argument is that the illegal aliens themselves capture most of the GDP gain directly through their own wages. In fact, their wages are low enough that the low-skill illegal aliens have negatively affected the net tax burden. An example: If the average illegal immigrant earns, 30 % of what Americans make, the share of GDP attributable to these workers would be a mere 1.5 % (5.0 % times 30 %).

These facts support the economic and social impact that American citizens must face. If illegal aliens were provided the "pathway" to receive U.S. citizenship, they would begin to receive direct benefits commonly referred to as Social Security and Medicaid. While the direct benefits of Medicaid are highly variable because of individual needs, Social Security benefits are rather easy to determine with cost analysis. It has been determined that if the S.1639 Bill is passed and the underestimate of 12 - 20 million illegal aliens are granted U.S. citizenship, American taxpayers will face $2.6 trillion in retirement costs alone. This study was based on average low-skilled, low-income immigrant data provided by the U.S. census and analyzed by Robert Rector of The Heritage Foundation.

Vernon Briggs, a Cornell University labor economics professor stated: "The toleration of illegal immigration undermines all of our labor; it rips at the social fabric. It's a race to the bottom. The one who plays by the rules is penalized... a guest worker program guarantees wages will never go up, and there is no way American citizens can compete with guest workers."

A recent Rasmussen Poll determined that 66% of Americans believe it does not make sense to debate new immigration laws, until we can first control our borders and enforce existing laws.

Please get involved and ask your Senators to vote NO on the CLOTURE VOTE and NO on the S.1639 Immigration Bill.

It is not the obligation of U.S. citizens, nor the obligation of America, to privide American opportunities to criminals who have entered into and live in America as ILLEGAL ALIENS. Even ILLEGAL ALIENS must learn to accept consequences for their actions. After all, we American citizens do -- we have a lawful society that punishes criminals.

As a U.S. citizen, I ask that you OPPOSE the Cloture Vote and the S.1639 Immigration Bill currently on the Senate Floor.

The S.1639 Bill was created as a vehicle of amnesty and cheap low-skill labor for illegal aliens. This Bill is nothing more than a compromise to help big business with a steady supply of very cheap labor. The S.1639 Bill was created as a means to shift responsibility from our our failing Government onto the American taxpayers.

We do not need a compromise. America needs to enforce our current laws -- we do not need the S.1639 Bill to do this! This Bill will negatively impact our Nation because the benefits they will receive will outweigh the wages earned.

VOTE NO ON CLOTURE THURSDAY! The overwhelming majority of American citizens do not approve of this Bill, it would be most prudent for you to vote in opposition of the S.1639 Bill. The S.1639 Bill is so flawed that it is not even worthy of Senate debate or consideration. Get this Bill off the Senate floor!

VOTE NO on the Cloture on Thursday. Vote NO on the Immigration Bill S.1639!
