Pei Wei Restaurant in Chandler, AZ Now Has Openings… 13 Employees Fired for Blowing Off Work to March in Support of Illegal Aliens (video)


These morons in Arizona were not fired for marching in support of illegal aliens — they were fired for not going to work as scheduled. Anyone with a background in restaurant work knows what a horrific hardship it is to cover 13 people who decide to not report in — many restaurants have a policy that you must get someone to cover your shift if you can’t come in. The reason for these restaurant workers not showing up to work on a Saturday is irrelevant.

In this dismal economy, not showing up for work is the kiss of termination.

Good news, though, for struggling unemployed Americans living in the Chandler area of Arizona. There are now 13 openings at the Pei Wei Asian restaurant. Quick — rush in for an interview!

One woman from Pei Wei who marched, per the KPHO news story, was scheduled to have the day off and was NOT fired. So the news story title is deliberately misleading. Also reported in the KPHO story, these people knew they were taking a risk by skipping work. Wonder if Rev. Al Sharpton will call Pei Wei management racist?

Marching in support of illegal aliens was not the offense for these people being terminated — blowing off work was.

Legal or illegal, good for them. There are millions of Americans out there that need jobs. Traitors and illegals are not worthy of having jobs over law abiding Americans here.
