Encouragment still strong
I'm receiving emails like the one below and also ones
encouraging immigrants(spanish for the most part) to
migrate to the US.
Althought this may help non spanish speakers with a better job,
it's the same as Schools and Businesses telling Immigrants that assimulation is unnessissary.
As if we're goig to be out of the picture soon.
I'm surprised that they're not offering bonuses.(yet)
This one is from the University of Phoenix

You should hav run the ad which is an inducement to illegal immigration instead. Spanish is a useful skill that it makes sense to learn if you have the money, time and inclination.
I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

My Brazilian friend and I BOTH know SPANISH as well as English and Portuguese, and in addition she knows French and German, and has a BACHELOR'S in FOREIGN languages from the University of Tennessee in Memphis. Yet, despite ALL the CLAMOR for MULTILINGUAL employees here in Dallas, TX, my friend and I are BYPASSED in FAVOR of ILLEGALS, MOST of whom CAN'T even READ their OWN language!
