When the open-borders lobby runs out of excuses for amnesty, their final resort is to “do it for the children.â€

American citizenship is a privilege, not a right. Ending birthright citizenship does not punish children, but continuing the practice rewards lawbreakers.

The fact that illegal aliens come here in spite of our laws and fly Mexican flags in protest is a pretty sure sign that they do not owe sole allegiance to this country and should not be covered by the 14th Amendment for the purpose of citizenship.

In 1898, the Supreme Court ruled that the Citizenship Clause applied to children of legal immigrants awaiting U.S. citizenship. They have not, however, ruled that the 14th Amendment guarantees citizenship for everyone.

The Supreme Court also stated in that 1898 ruling that children born to foreign invaders are not US citizens. Mexican government officials have stated they are practicing "reconquista", and actions by Mexican illegal aliens have demonstrated they are invading.

All Arizona needs to do is state illegal aliens are foreign invaders.

The commentary on the amend is very clear that it of course would not include children of diplomats or ALIENS

Ditto that! This man is such a treasure. I don't know if it's what he wants, but it's what we NEED - Mr Pearce, please consider a run for POTUS.

Anyone believe that if hostile hispanics become the most populated in the USA that they will EVER give up their minority status, which has become more a symbol of "gimme USA tax dollar paid advantages over whites because I'm of a race that is not white", along their way to privileges above and beyond what every other American can qualify for?

Further more, every white in America (including the elitists) should be very afraid of this invasion's mis-use of the 14th Amendment to the USA Constitution, because there will be NO tolerance for whites when radical hispanics take control, and then they'll move forward to other races that are not theirs.

Past behavior is a predictor to future behavior - radical hispanics are not willing to move forward in a mannerly LEGAL way. By their actions they've proven that they enjoy taking America by force.

Every pro-American group, along with every Tea Party group, should be getting signatures to change the law that pretty much gives away America to any race who can repopulate the USA faster than any other race with their misguided way of giving birth and raising anchor babies, that uses the 14th Amendment of America's Constitution in a way that it was not meant to EVER be used.

Remember the Constitutional amendment is allowing ONE RACE to REPOPULATE America for their race's takeover of the United States of America - as if it's a LOTTO WIN for the number of race based anchor baby births that reach the most over all other races.

Of course not, they are already the largest ethnic group in California, yet they still continue to demand as much as ever.
