More than 700,000 foreign visitors overstayed their visa in 2017

In January 2017, President Trump issued an executive order stating: "The Secretary of Homeland Security shall expedite the completion and implementation of a biometric entry-exit tracking system for all travelers to the United States." 22 years after it was mandated, the federal government has not implemented a biometric entry-exit system to track whether foreign nationals leave the country when their visas expire.

Why isn't this executive order being expedited or was it just a photo op and a throw out of bread crumbs to placate the base?

Make them put down a deposit! They leave on time they get it back.

They do NOT leave, no money back and NO right to ever come back!
