How we wish, Mr. Hawkins. But Mr. Holder hasn't been removed after:

1. the DOJ armed our enemies with Fast & Furious;
2. the DOJ dismissed the New Black Panther Party voter intimidation case in Philadelphia, which the U.S. Attorneys had already won; and
3. Mr. Holder appeared, according to the sworn affidavit of four witnesses, at a coffee shop across the street from the U.S. District Court in Columbus, Ga., on July 16, 2009, less than three hours before Judge Clay Land handed down as his ruling a prepared text dismissing the request of Maj. Stefan Cook (USA-R) for verification of his chain of command, from the President down to his own commanding officer, before being deployed to Afghanistan again.

So perjury before Congress is equally unlikely to bring Mr. Holder down. The Obama usurpation is itself a lie under oath and a law unto itself: a dictatorship, as William Gheen calls it. The force of the Chicago Machine keeps the mob boss and his thugocracy in power. The Enemy-Combatant-in-Chief is not going to eviscerate the muscle of his enemy operation. Mr. Obama and Mr. Holder stay or leave together.
