Thread: Two long term ALIPAC activists banned for rule violations

Friends,

We have regrettably had to ban two of our long term users here at ALIPAC for severe rule violations.

It is a shame that some of our activists do not exercise the restraint and caution needed to post here at ALIPAC.

Two of our fighters are gone because they fell on their own swords.

We hope that everyone will make an extra effort to abide by our rules and to report any rule infractions to our moderators.

The rules are clear. They are posted at the top of each section on the boards. Each new member certifies that they have read the rules and will abide by them when creating an account here at alipac.

Make no mistake, being a long term participant here does not empower you to break our rules and put Alipac's operations at risk.

I think I will be re-reading the rules today, falling on a sword sounds fairly painful.

We need everyone to honor ALL of the rules. Each user was banned for different rule violations.

Thanks for the reminder, W. It's unfortunate we lost a few fighters from the forum. I hope they got due process (notified, voted, etc).

I have gone and reviewed the rules again. Most of them are common sense stuff, but on such an emotional topic people are bound to get rialed up and it's then that we really need to step up the self-control and make sure we're not engaging in "torpedoing" our own cause.

I have already been guilty of using a cuss that got *****'d out by the filter. My mistake, won't happen again. (it was a tame cuss, but nonetheless...)

Thanks again for the reminder. We've got to keep a solid professional face on this.

When you make a report, you will remain anonymous. To report a post for possible rule violation, simply click the [!] in the top right hand corner of the post you are reporting. ALIPAC is like my morning coffee can't live with out.....

I guess I been a good girl lately....I will try to stay within the rules...
