    ALIPAC Abusive to Facebook Readers?

I was just on facebook and when I clicked the link from W for an ALIPAC article I got a message that said "...this link has been reported abusive to facebook readers...". Anyone else experience this?

It has been happening a lot lately. Either Facebook employees or Facebook users that oppose us, or both are tampering with our communications there.

When a post is reported on a site, isn't it suppose to be investigated before a final decision is made?

I just saw this yesterday. In general it seems that Facebook is having a whole lot of problems. I just recently disconnected myself from there.

Facebook’s latest privacy breaches have gotten the attention of Congress. US Representative Edward Markey (D-MA) and Joe Barton (R-TX) have written a joint letter (PDF) to Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, interrogating him on what the company knew about third-party applications transmitting user data and what the company is doing to remedy the situation.
Although Facebook often finds itself on the wrong end of the PR stick when it comes to user privacy, this is one area where the company usually does pretty well.

Ditto that patbrunz. That's the main reason why I disconnected. I was sick to death of being bombarded with those stupid invitations to fake world crap.

Lately I've been getting request to be friends from people on Facebook that I don't even know.
Before confirming this, I check that persons Facebook page and most of them were just blank pages. I've even checked with my friend and relatives to see if that person is on their friend list.
So that tells me it's some kind of scam.
