    It's piecemeal but it makes the point. The "change" made to immigration enforcement by the Obama administration, is not enforcement at all, it's policy amnesty and it's dangerous. It's also diversion and blatantly not enforceing immigration laws by fully utilizing DHS, which is the government body in charge of regulating and controlling illegal immigration. DHS should not be under the control of the president. No oversite!
