    I remember that W. I don’t think they ever did recover them. Oh the Chinese got a lot of our secrets because our Government gave it to them.

    Well I have heard that some people(if they did not just take off with their money) were paying 5,000.00 to peruvians who worked for the ins to get green cards. My dad knew a few people, a whole family, who payed 20,000.00 up front to this smooth talking peruvian guy who worked for the ins and he took off to california with their money and of course they got no green card.
