    Out of control Police

This has got to stop. Tasering is getting way out of control. Look at this one.

My sister and brother-n-law experience police brutality last December and are still in the process of fighting for justice. In their case, though, an off duty policeman from North Jersey ran them off the road almost hitting a tree on the parkway. They could of been killed. The State police arrived on the scene and they knew the officer and tried to blame my brother-n-law for the accident. The one trooper and troopers falsified reports, tickets, erased the tapes of the beating my brother-n-law had to endure by being slammed on the ground and hood of a cop car in handcuffs. Once my brother-n-law asked for a lawyer, the one cope handcuffed him and shook his hand to make it look like he was resisting arrest. 4 cars were there, so how can 4 tapes be erased??? The insurance company said there was a ZERO probabilty of the accident happening as the trooper drew and wrote in his report. They spliced the video and muffled my sisters words out in one tiny section of tape they offered!

It's been almost a year now, and the trooper has told their lawyer he knew they were innocent. We will find out probably by January when this will go to trial. They just dropped drunk driving charges. The trooper had taken possession of the blood and took it out of the box and threw it in the baracks refrigerator! My brother-n-law was not drunk, because he passed 3 breathalizer tests in the hospital all while being hancuffed so tight for hours that he has permanent nerve damage in his hand! While on the scene they chased all eyewittnesses away and thank God the paramedic demanded they take him to the hospital. 5 officers surrounded and screamed at my sister about the accident in the freezing cold. She could of been killed, but their was no sympathy! The trooper even had the nerve to give her a ticket five days later stating she allowed her husband to drive drunk. This is now going to be thrown out as well.

I cannot wait for them to go to court and expose this horrible case of police brutality. Did I also mention they did not read him his rights! This is beyond belief!! The tapes are erased, but the trooper that started the whole ball of wax will have to explain in court!

I have friends who are cops, but I tell you, my faith has been shaken. I don't have full trust and probably never will again. The police are supposed to uphold the law and not beat, create false charges and tickets, erase tapes and try to blame the victim.

A cop once tasered a guy who wouldn't (couldn't) give a urine sample. I recall the account said the guy was stapped to a hospital gurney at the time.

Yes, this case has twists and turns everyday. No tapes Dixie and they told their lawyers, "YOUR NOT GETTING ANY TAPES" Internal affairs is looking into the case now. My sister and brother -n-law just went to court yesterday. Will justice prevail??? The only tape they released was a short tape of inside the police car when they were nice enough to let my sister sit after surrounding her and screaming at her to explain what happened 20 times in the freezing December weather. My sister's voice is muffled during important information points and clear in others where she lets them know they went to a resturant an hour prior.

To date they have spent $17,000 defending themselves with 2 lawyers.

They had all their witnesses there and the prosecutor had nothing. In fact one of their lawyers called the prosecutor 3 times and he didn't call him back. The judge was so embarrassed he couldn't look them. They were at side bar for an hour. The entire courtroom had never seen such a spectical. None of the other cases got heard yesterday. The judge is definately on their side now. You can't make this stuff up. Since they had a blood specialist there to testify that the blood was not admissable, because it was left out to ferment. When blood ferments it's blood alcohol rises. The judge requested a blood report within 2 weeks so he can drop the charges. My brother-n-law passed 3 breathalizers that night in the hospital. The nurse was even shaking her head at the officers.

My brother-n-law was dizzy from being slammed to the ground and car hood, complained to the doctor that he was dizzy. The doctor says, "Oh, that okay your just drunk" As soon as the breathalizer came back negative 3 times he turned white as a ghost and ordered him to get a catscan. This is 2 hours after arriving at the hospital! He definately has nerve damage. They kept the cuffs so tight on his wrists for about 5 hours.

My sister and his daughter were not even aloud in to see him in the hospital. His daughter asked one officer in the hallway, "Why did you let the other guy go?" The officer responded with a loud, "SHUT UP" and escorted them out of the hospital and told them to go to the barracks to pick him up later.

The story continues in two weeks Dixie

WOW! That's terrible! It's ashame how some police and state troopers act these days. I hope those cops involved get what's coming to them.

    Hi Wilro.

I was very upset about the whole issue this entire year. They won't be back in court until February we found out today. Everything is in their favor now, and I have to believe that justice will be prevail.

I don't blame all law enforcement. I have friends and relatives who have or are in enforcement. There is corruption everywhere. I am just glad they both walked away from the accident, but I am angry at the miscarriage of justice and bodily injury my brother-n-law endured at the hands of these officers and all of the above actions as I wrote above in my last posts.

Thanks for all your well wishes. Happy Thanksgiving.

This isn't as bad as what happened to your brother-in-law but it is bad.

In Driggs Idaho a deputy showed up at a familys home and informed them that he was there to shoot their dog, when asked why he informed them that there had been a complaint that the dog had bit someone. They asked who had filed the complaint and the deputy wouldn't tell them but walked back to his car garb his shot gun and shot the dog 3 times in the front yard of the home just as the kids were getting off the bus.

The dog was bleeding badly and every one thought the dog was dead well it wasn't. They took it to the vet and even though it was all shot up it is on massive pain meds and doing ok even though you can see clear through the dog on one of the shot gun wounds.

In the 5 years this dog has lived in the neighborhood it had bitten anyone and there were never any complaints filed against the dog. This is just out and out Gestapo tactics.

The deputies here will also get right on your bumper with their bright lights on and fallow you until you do something so they can pull you over and search your car. It has happened to me and the first 2 things they ask are have you been drinking and how much pot have you smoked. Then they want to ssearch your car, and police wonder why everybody hates them.
Some people are alive only because there are laws against killing them.

When I was a kid I used to look up to the Police. My cousin was a police officer. Now, I don't want to paint all of them in a negative manner, but over the past few years I've noticed disturbing changes.

The brief times my parents (who are seniors) had to deal with them, they had major attitudes and were out right mean and rude without provocation. Like they were on some sort of power trip. I hate to say this but I'm actually frightened of them because I don't know what they are capable of.

    Check this out:

An epidemic of violence is sweeping the country. Police are being trained that the general public are the enemy and that they can engage in outright brutality without recourse. Taser deaths are skyrocketing because the police have been ordered to use "pain compliance", otherwise known as torture, to subdue and oppress the citizenry. It is time for police to remember that their duty is to protect the general public from criminals and not act as enforcers for a tyrannical police state.
