Will An Obama Victory Spark A Civil War In The US?

America is on the verge of fragmentation and civil conflict because its citizens have lost control of their government and lost faith in its political institutions.

Nineteenth century political satirist Ambrose Bierce once described Washington D.C. as a strife of interests masquerading as a contest of principles and the conduct of public affairs for private advantage.
Indeed. Not much has changed one hundred years on.

The August 27, 2012 Rasmussen Reportsnational telephone survey finds that just eight percent (8%) of likely voters think that the US Congress is doing a good job.

Most Americans agree that the Democrat and Republican establishments are infested by individuals whose allegiance is not to their country, but to themselves and their political party. Their aim is to be unconstrained by the Constitution and the rule of law and unaccountable to the American people. Their conduct is driven by political expediency and winning elections for the sole purpose of obtaining power and profit.

The US has elections, but it no longer has representative government. The US has a free press, but one that is partisan and dishonest.

The Code of Ethics of the Society of Professional Journalists states:

Public enlightenment is the forerunner of justice and the foundation of democracy. The duty of the journalist is to further those ends by seeking truth and providing a fair and comprehensive account of events and issues. Conscientious journalists from all media and specialties strive to serve the public with thoroughness and honesty. Professional integrity is the cornerstone of a journalist’s credibility.

The reality of American journalism bears no resemblance to that official portrait.

Most Americans agree that the mainstream media represented by ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, and the liberal newspapers are little more than propaganda machines for the Democrat Party and are distorting the news in an attempt to manipulate public opinion to support the reelection of Barack Obama.

Few American institutions remain untouched by political corruption.

Through the blatant careerism of senior officers like the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Martin Dempsey, even the American military has been politicized to further the goals of the Obama Administration by submitting to the agenda of radical Islam, attempting to suppress free speech, and undermining public trust in the military by allowing active duty personnel in uniform to engage in partisan politics through their participation in a gay pride parade.

The real issue of the 2012 election is the endemic corruption in the federal government perpetrated by a permanent political class, financed by crony capitalism and facilitated by a fawning media (“It’s the corruption, stupid”).

They have brought us to the brink of bankruptcy, have opened our borders to illegal immigration, and have permitted a fifth column promoting Sharia law to infiltrate our society and judicial system.

Most Americans agree that there are anti-democratic and anti-American forces working aggressively inside the government and country to reduce American global influence and to promote the interests of global financiers and ideologies hostile to the United States.

The Obama Administration is expecting reelection and expecting trouble. It has ordered nearly one billion rounds of hollow point bullets. Hint – that type of ammunition is not meant for target practice. The 750 million rounds ordered by Obama’s Department of Homeland Security alone is enough ammunition for the government to fire three rounds into the body of every living American citizen.

When the truth is eventually told, the chronicles of the Obama years will represent the most sordid in American history and symbolize a pivot point when self-serving politicians collaborated with a compliant press to trigger the fall of the American republic.

If Obama wins, the American people should be prepared for economic collapse, a full assault on Constitutional rights, societal fragmentation, and civil strife.

There is a criminal in the White House, who is bent on a radical transformation of the country and must be removed from office if the United States is to survive.

But representative government will not return to America simply by defeating Barack Obama. It will only return when ordinary Americans feel empowered by their political institutions, not oppressed by them.

I dunno, as an ex Mormon myself, the prospect of a Mormon bishop in the White House is no picnic either ...

If reelected we will have 4 more years of misery certainly they will try to impeach him and nothing will be done,personally the choice is clear a socialist or a capitalist, for me capitalism with all its faults is the only choice.

The choice is extremely clear. Choose Obama and sound the death knell of this country. 16 trillion dollar national debt now, and 60 -80 trillion dollars in unfunded obligations in the future (assumes Obama does nothing about SS and Medicare), an emasculated military, full implementation of Obamacare (which will also yield an electorate of which 90 per cent or more are dependent on the federal government), a Federal Reserve system that is totally out of control and no hope of an audit or any other control if Obama stays in power , the completion of the dumbing down of America via government controlled news, internet, and all other media, collapse of our economic system as we know it, Islamification of the USA, more persecution of Christians and Jews via far left "hate lists" and "potential terrorist" lists, abridgement of free speech, right to bear arms, habeas corpus, privacy rights, property rights, Hell you name it,,,,just toss the whole US Constitution out the window and get your blue arm band with UN on it.

It does not matter what the religion of the president is. It is what the president will do or not do that is critical. Romney will oppose all of the above unwanted consequences.

But I don't get warm fuzzies about electing Scrooge McDuck either. Bain was a pioneer of the type of vulture capitalism that devastasted so many of America's best professions and sent so many of our best jobs overseas. That is a serious matter to me. We never deserved that. So much damage has been done that it's hard to bring jobs back, even now that the folly of globalism has become so obvious. Outsourcing has been a problem and is allowed to happen and encouraged by lawmakers. This is from the 2008 Team Obama campaign.

TEAM OBAMA RIPS CLINTONS IN OPPO DOC

The Clinton Campaign was sent an oppostion document drawn up by the Obama campaign yesterday. Camp Clinton sent it on to The Mouth.
The document trashes Bill Clinton's stock investments, his fees from out-sourcing and down-sizing companies and Hillary Clinton's support from well-off Indian Americans who also profit from out-sourcing. It describes Hillary's political affiliation as (D-Punjab), apparently riffing on a joke made by a supporter about how well the senator understands India's issues.
Apparently, The New York Times also got the doc, which they bury in a story about the Clintons selling off the stocks in their blind trust to avoid the appearance of conflicts of interests.

The Mouth leaves it up to others to say whether this is a low-road attack of the kind that the Obama campaign has pledged to avoid, or a legitimate attack on the interests a politician may be catering to.

According to Hillary Clinton’s personal financial disclosure form, as part his ownership of WJC Investments, LP LLC, Bill Clinton held between $15,001 and $50,000 worth of stock in Easy Bill Limited, an Indian company. According to the company’s website, “Functioning as a one-stop bill payment shop, Easy Bill facilitates payment of utility bills as well as recharging of pre-paid mobile connections at a place the consumer is already familiar and comfortable with the neighbourhood store.� In addition to providing terminals throughout India where customers may pay their bills, the company also maintains a call center described as “a dedicated response centre for efficient customer service.� [Hillary Clinton 2006 Financial Disclosure Report, http://www.easybillindia.com/]

Hillary Clinton Accepted Almost $60,000 In Contributions From Employees Of Cisco Systems, Which Laid Off American Workers to Hire Indian “Techies.� Clinton’s Presidential Exploratory Committee took $39,450 from Cisco employees during the first quarter of 2007. Cisco employees have also donated $18,900 to Clinton’s Senate committee between 1999 and 2006. Forbes reported, in a feature called “A Tale of Two Cities� that Cisco was laying off $60,000-a-year “techies,� while hiring new employees in Bangalore, India. “Cisco used only a few Infosys workers in Bangalore six years ago [in 1998]; [by 2004, it used] almost 300 contract staff, plus 550 full-fledged employees in its own Bangalore office.� In 2006, Newsweek reported that “for Cisco, India is the new frontier, where it’s investing $1.2 billion to build a gleaming R&D campus that will employ 3,000 people.� [FEC filings; Forbes, 4/12/04; Newsweek, 3/6/06]

Clinton Donor, Sant Singh Chatwal, Cited Clinton’s India Caucus Work Vowed To Raise $5 Million. In March 2007, the Economic Times wrote, “[Clinton] has roped in New York-based hotelier Sant Chatwal as co-chair of her recently formed presidential exploratory committee to run for the 2008 White House race. […] He is also creating an organization called Indian Americans for Hillary 2008.� In April 2007, Mangalorean reported that Indian Americans for Hillary 2008 (IAFH) had already raised $1 million and “aimed to raise at least five million dollars.� A major fund raiser on June 24 hosted by Chatwal, the founder of IAFH; steel baron, Lakshmi Mittal, and businessman SP Hindujas, was expected to pull more than 1,000 guests.  Chatwal Owed The City Of New York More Than $2 Million In Back Taxes, Fled Prosecution For Fraud But Was Arrested During Visit to India With Bill Clinton. Sant Singh Chatwal, who raised more $200,000 for Sen. Clinton in 2000, owed New York City $2.4 million in back property taxes. In addition, during a visit to India with Bill Clinton, in May 2001, Chatwal was arrested by authorities there and charged with defrauding the New York City branch of the Bank of India out of $9 million he borrowed in 1994.  FDIC Charged Chatwal With Obtaining Improper Loans. In a separate 1996 case, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. charged Chatwal with obtaining improper loans from the First New York Bank for Business, causing the bank to lose more than $25 million. Chatwal, who was a director of the bank, arranged more than $14 million in loans to himself and his businesses, often with no collateral, said the FDIC. He didn't repay the loans and the bank failed. CLINTON AND THE SENATE INDIA CAUCUS

Clinton Co-Founded The Senate India Caucus, A Project Of The U.S. India Political Action Committee. In 2004, Clinton co-founded and became the co-chair of the Senate India Caucus which was coordinated by the U.S. India Political Action Committee (USINPAC). Roll Call reported, “The goals of the caucus, which already has 31 members, include increasing trade with India and improving security against global terrorism.� Sen. Clinton said, “It is imperative that the Unites States do everything possible to reach out to India. CLINTON WINS “WEASEL AWARD� FOR COMMENTS ON INDIA
2005: Anti-Offshoring Advocacy Group Gave Sen. Clinton A “Weasel Award,� Citing Pro-Outsourcing Comments Clinton Made In India. The Press Trust of India wrote, “An American anti-offshoring advocacy group has awarded its first ‘Weasel Award of 2005’ to Democrat Senator Hillary Clinton for her recent remarks supporting outsourcing. The Delaware-based IT Professionals Association of America (ITPAA) representing over 1,200 IT professionals nationwide, said on its Web site that it presented this award to business and political leaders that it believes ‘betray the trust of the American people.’ Scott Kirwin, founder of the organization claimed that people were ‘tired of Democrats pretending they care about the problems facing average Americans. Senator Clinton’s actions prove they clearly do not.’ The ITPAA based its award on press reports of Hilary Clinton supporting outsourcing and assuring political and business leaders in India that the US would not attempt to save the jobs lost. ‘Outsourcing will continue. In An Interview With Lou Dobbs, Senator Clinton Defended Her Support Of Tata Consulting, A Company That Brought Ten Jobs To Native Buffalo Residents But Destroyed Thousands Of Jobs Over The Years. Lou Dobbs asked Clinton, “Senator, a number of people pointed out to us, e-mailing us and calling us, saying, ask the senator about her helping Tata Consulting, a well-known outsourcer, open jobs -- and office in Buffalo, New York. I’m asking you, did you really understand the degree to which they were involved in outsourcing jobs when you were there?� Clinton replied, “Well, of course I know that they outsource jobs, that they’ve actually brought jobs to Buffalo. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Is Famous For Pioneering The Business Practice Of Off-shoring. The San Jose Mercury News wrote, “TCS, however, will go down in the annals of offshoring as the original high-tech body shop. Starting in the early 1990s, TCS blanketed the American landscape with legions of itinerant software programmers from India. […] Tata pioneered an industry that eventually evolved into the dynamo of offshoring, or sending work to cheap labor markets overseas. Tata’s Buffalo, N.Y. Training Center Caters To The Needs Of The Company’s 8,000 Employees In The United States, 80 Percent Of Whom Are Workers From India. Gupta Said Democrats’ Stand On Outsourcing Was Poll-Year Rhetoric. The Economic Times wrote, “Vinod ‘Vin’ Gupta […] also believes that the Democratic Party’s stand on outsourcing is more poll year rhetoric than any serious economic policy statement. ‘We have to compete globally and US has to find the best product and services at the best cost. Tapping global resources will obviously make the US economy stronger,’ says Gupta whose own company InfoUSA outsources both technology support and database work to vendors in India. Gupta, who has helped Hillary Clinton and Al Gore in fund-raising efforts for their campaigns, is now involved in fund raising efforts for Senator Kerry.� [The Economic Times, 3/29/04]

BOTH sides have pandered to the international interests that call for giving away American jobs and industries, that it very true! Just last year it was in the news that USAID was using taxpayer funds to train foreigners for outsourced American jobs, and this under the Obama administration. India is still fuming about the visa fee increase and it was recently revealed that the whole PR campaign about India being this huge "brainbox" [their term] of brainiacs ready and willing to "help" us by taking over high tech work was just that, a PR campaign. http://www.nytimes.com/2012/03/29/wo...-letter29.html

With all due respect we never do have a good choice,it's all about voting for the lessor of two evils,while I agree outsourcing/loss of manufacturing is a problem I don't see the current administration doing anything,they simply continue pushing a radical Muslim, socialist agenda that will be much worse then outsourcing.

The lessor of two evils in this case is Romney and to believe otherwise is extremely naive IMO.

I just feel especially dismayed this time. One good thing: enforcement of guestworker visa violations and visa fees for the skilled worker visas has stepped up under Obama, but nowhere near enough to end the abuse. And both candidates seem to be finally hearing the message that jobs are a problem. Up until recently, everyone in government seemed to think that no matter how many factories we shipped to China, no matter how much farmland we paved over for McMansions, and no matter how much white collar work we gave away, that the American middle class would just magically come up with new jobs and keep paying their bills and buying, buying, and buying. The reality that we are tapped out may finally be getting through. The rhetoric of the Obama campaign was very sympathetic, but as soon as he got in he was off on one tangent after another. Obamacare, then word came out that the next big push would be Energy. And America was saying, "uh, jobs?"
