    NEBRASKA PENDING LEGISLATION

Nebraska has two bills and one resolution that will try to make it out of committee on the 27th of February. One of these proposed bills mimics some provisions of the Oklahoma law and the resolution expresses support by our lawmakers for the 287 g program. The laws encompass creating a cause of action against employers of illegal immigrants and verification of lawful presence in the United States to receive public benefits. We need emails, phone calls and faxes to convince our lawmakers that we adamant about standing against the tide of illegal pandering. We are unshakable in our resolve not to become a sanctuary state!

We must put this information on the front burner, along with the other states that you are showcasing. If you can do this for us and want particulars of the bills, the link below will take you to the Unicameral page to input the bill number and review the specifics.

We are expecting multitudes of illegals to be bused in by supporters as was the case when we debated driver's certificates for illegals. Nebraska is rapidly becoming a defacto sanctuary state. Nebraskans, stand up now before it is too late!!

Information for all Nebraskans: Below is a summary of the bills and legislators to contact.
