SECURE BORDERS FIRST ACT OF 2007

Brought to you by many members of the MCDC forum.....

Please feel free to add items you wish to have included in this document.
Also try to be constructive please.

We are seeking your input to try and
formulate a real Secure Borders First Act in 2007.
Our representatives need our input in order to take
action, just like the encouragement we gave them to
oppose the CIR; we now need to phone, forward
ideas and encourage them to take actions to secure
the border - that means passing a strong
    border security act.

Lamar Smith and Peter King are the points in
the House and Jeff Sessions and Jim DeMint in the Senate.

Formulating a strong, forthright bill will show the left,
socialists, and our critics across this nation, like Linda
    Chavez-George Bush-Michael Chertoff-Ted Kennedy coalition
that we do have a viable alternative and it should be
    enacted.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and other chambers of
commerce are trying to lobby the congress to re-introduce
portions of the defunct CIR to get what they want.

WE have that right to petition our government for action,
the revolution is not over, we can not lay back in the woods,
rest on our laurels. As General Stonewall Jackson taught us,
after the initial strike fragmenting the enemy into its parts is
not the time to rest, rather it is the time to press the fight.

    "You are the First Brigade!"

Remember, we are in a republic and we should press the fight
on our behalf, pushing our ideas up to our representatives.
Please leave your ideas on the elements we came up with
and the Secure Borders First Act of 2007.

    Preamble

"In the first place we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the man's becoming in very fact an American, and nothing but an American...

There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag, and this excludes the red flag, which symbolizes all wars against liberty and civilization, just as much as it excludes any foreign flag of a nation to which we are hostile...We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language...and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people."

    --Theodore Roosevelt, 1919

There are some serious legal descriptive terminological deficiencies and conflictive errors regarding existing laws in this document that will open up loop holes for great mayhem and abuse by those that oppose it's intended purpose.
    ( Lawyers)

Over all , the intent is excellent and the goal unquestionably honorable and righteous. Keep at it . Sooner or later it will come to gaff given you determination.

This is a political document, seeking political support

I am reviewing Thomas for bills/amendments that have not been considered but support the intent of this piece of legislation.

Note - this is not a legal document, it is a political document seeking support from the general popluation. After we are satisfied with it, we will mount a campaign to put the document in the hands of legislators and then request our supporters to make copies of it and mail it to their representative.

We sent this document earlier, Kennedy and his comrades lied when they said there were not other suggestions or alternatives. This bill was in the hands of Kennedy (I can't guarantee he read it), Sessions, DeMint, Cornyn, Hutchison, Vetters, Shelby, Alexander, Domenici, Martinez, Salazar and more.

Senator Sessions would know better than we how to include it in a workable legislative document. WE will be depending on these folks to translate it into law.

    Greenland? Seriously?

    Childs play.

Glue them in a game wardens uniform and send them walking across Idaho on foot.
