Agenda 21 is the blueprint for our illegal immigration issues. Unlimited migration from third world countries to redistribute the wealth is exactly the Agenda 21 edict on migrtion that the Obama regime is allowing to fruition by refusing to enforce our immigration laws and ignoring the fraud perpetrated on the US Treasury by the illegal aliens. I believe that the huge illegal tax refunds to illegal aliens for mystery children was not a "mistake" , that has still not been corrected, it was done by design.
