Hello and thanks--I thought this was a story from Prince William County in VA. It starts off like this:

At a brief hearing in U.S. District Court, Judge James Cacheris said the plaintiffs lacked legal standing to challenge measures passed earlier this year by the Prince William County Board of Supervisors.

Yes, I believe it is. What upsets me is the Puerto Rican Somekindafund was helping to bring the suit. Don't understand that.

Although the super in my daughter's apartment buidling in NYC , who is Puerto Rican, told me when I introduced myself, 'Texas, that's part of Mexico, right?'

I told him no we had fought one war already to decide that.
