I carry an American flag in my vehicle at all times and fly my flag at home 24/7 with an timed light at night.

And this is right below the flagpole.

Last year my home burnt down(very mysteriously) and we had to do landscaping all over again. I decided that I was going to have a patch of grass and a 20 ft flag pole. I call it my "oasis" in the desert. My neighbors walk by with their dogs and say that their doggies wan to play on my grass so bad. We have found no doggie business on the grass yet. I still have more to do but am waiting until it cools off some.

Nice, Jinky!
Our flag is also flying high 24/7 and I'm so happy to say that it's the same at almost every house where we live.
Flags flying everywhere amongst 90-100 ft. Pine trees all over. Many people also have their mail boxes painted red, white and blue.
