Yes is begging the Federal Government to bail California out because of the havoc the illegals have wreaked on that state.

Yet here he is, pandering to them. Which is it?

I don't have TV, so I'm trying to figure this out. So Arnie spoke at a solar tech company and Americans weren't in the background? Around here, even for installation, you need a good skill set and I don't think it's going to illegals yet. I agree there are other important issues, but whether you believe in global warming or not, solar energy is the right move (one of many). I'm glad CA is "going green" and it's not just "pork" 'cause if it is then serve me up a plate! We have to move forward and yes, it is bad we are dependent on foreign oil. We can do better for ourselves. I hope we don't lose sight of good ideas even if we don't like other policies from the CA gov't.
