If Bush had been able to twist enough arms to get the Shamnesty bill passed, and subsequently signed into law by him, Fox would have been singing the praises of Bush in his book. He would have called Bush a great statesman, and a brilliant man of vision. Since Jorge didn't deliver on his promise of amnesty, Fox feels free to say what he really thinks of him.

While there's a lot of truth in Fox's observations of Bush, Fox doesn't take a back seat to Jr., when it comes to being cocky, or arrogant.
