Raul Humberto Yzaguirre (born July 22, 1939 in San Juan, Texas) is an American civil rights activist. Currently a life time member of the Council on Foreign Relations, he previously served as the president and CEO of the National Council of La Raza from 1974 – 2004; and now works primarily as an advocate for the creation of a political union between the United States, Mexico and Canada through a variety of non-profit advocacy groups.

Yzagguire's 30 years as head of La Raza shows he planned and sought his goal of "Reconquista" to diminish America by adding more and more of the world's poor to our shores.

Ya they have sure worked this the last 50 years so they get it all eh! cheap labor for big business, used LaRaza to bring in and protect the cheap labor, and Americans have been forced to fund them. they have opened the back door for all of Mexico, central and so.
