It's totally outrageous that we're allowing this Witch Hunt to continue. We all want to sit around and pat ourselves on the back for standing up for the Constitution, the "rule of law", civil rights, and on and on, while we allow the US government to invade the privacy, the records, the meetings and phone calls of fellow citizens, SIMPLY because they supported Donald J Trump for President. These investigations are destroying reputations, jeopardizing our entire political process, hurting people financially, emotionally and every other way. They are wrong, they are illegal, and they are unconstitutional.

We are a nation blessed with a Constitution and a protection called "habeas corpus". There has to be an explicit crime committed, PRIOR to investigating anything. And then you have to have a thing called "probable cause" to investigate a person specifically related to the proven crime that you think they committed that meets the burden of "habeas corpus".

These investigations are political persecutions of our fellow citizens by the US Department of Justice. It's a damn shame Sessions recused himself, otherwise, I'm quite certain he would stand up for the Constitution and shut these Witch Hunts down. There is NO DOJ PROCEDURE or flaky rules or DemoQuack instigated administrative policies that pre-empt the US Constitution.

Sessions need to immediately un-recuse himself in the NAME OF JUSTICE and shut this crap down.

Furthermore, to "obstruct justice" doesn't mean obstructing a rogue FBI, it doesn't mean obstructing an unconstitutional Witch Hunt by Robert Mueller, or a US Congress that clearly doesn't know it place or purpose. In order to obstruct justice, there must first be justice to obstruct, and there's not one iota of "justice'" going on with the Russa Hoax, not by the DOJ, not by the Special Counsel and most certainly and absolutely NOT by the US Congress. Quite the opposite. The Congress has no constitutional oversight authority over the American People, and thus power or authority to demand, threaten or intimidate citizens of the United States who aren't employees of the government are off-limits, plain and simple.
